I am writing to thank you most heartily for the wonderful buffet dinner.. the food was superb, the presentation excellent and there was more than enough for everyone. I am sure you could tell by the conversation that everyone was enjoying themselves and many of our members commented to me on how delicious the food was. The bruschettas were piled high with colourful, richly - roasted artichokes, red onion, peppers, garlic, and topped with a delicate fresh goats cheese. our only complaint was that we didn't order enough of them a they disappeared in a heartbeat!
The fish dishes were all excellent. The seafood linguine won a chorus of oohs and aahs, such was the presentation. A huge bowl brimming with pasta, scallops and fish, topped with some massive unshelled prawns, in a herby aromatic broth. It was proper linguine too, not spaghetti, as I have seen before being unsuccessfully being passed off as linguine.
The food is authentic, fresh and beautifully cooked. Marie Hoare.
